Hi MD Osprey:

Sean McCandless is pulling together some documentation on this bird,
include some video footage. I know Mark Hoffman also has an image. I made a
rudimentary sketch and brief report from my distant, quick look. The MD/DC
Records Committee would welcome any other reports (written, sketches,
images, etc.) on this bird.

(Mississippi Kites are no longer reviewable, we took them off the Review
List several years ago).

As always, there is a template/checklist for documentation on the MD/DC
Records Committee web pages at the URL in my signature block. The current
review list is also on our web pages.

If you will be submitting anything, please let me know, off-line.
