Hmmm -- I do not think email posts/lists are copywritten -- you have to
apply to have material copywritten (at least my organization has had to for
its publications). Any legal eagles out there who know what's what on this
subject?

IMHO birdingonthe.net is invaluable and we use it worldwide but of course
everyone's entitled to their opinion...
