Apologies to Jack Siler

I would like to apologize to Mr. Siler for my intemperate remarks of
last week.

That being said, however, the fact remains that Mr. Siler's software
stripped off the subject lines from a number of messages which,
without the subject line, made them difficult if not impossible to
understand. When that happens it isn't Mr. Siler who gets the
accusative "what's going on here?" messages, it is me.

I would point out again that the MDOsprey archives are open to all
those who would care to browse or search them. They are not limited
to subscribers but are open to anyone interested in them. The
messages are unchanged-that is, they are in the archive as posted.

The address for the archive is:

http://home.ease.lsoft.com/archives/mdosprey.html

I understand that it may not be easy to remember this address but
Internet Explorer does allow one to add the address as a favorite
location, which means one can access it without having to remember
it. I would imagine that other web browsers offer the same
facility.
