I'm just testing to see if my messages come through, but
I also have a question--do nesting robins eat their babies' poop?
I think this is what I am seeing happen at the nest in the dogwood
tree outside my window. There are two young in the nest, just
now getting feathers and starting to flap wings.

"The natural function of the wing is to soar upwards
and carry that which is heavy up to the place where dwells the race of gods.
More than any other thing that pertains to the body
it partakes of the nature of the divine." --Plato |
