What a coincidence, I went over there this morning and met up with Rick
Sussman!  Picked up two new species, which puts my BMNT list at 114.  We
found two Prarie Warblers, a juvenile and an adult, and also had a great
diagnostic look at a perched juvenile Cooper's Hawk.

palyed another round, and re-located his Blue Grosbeak, but I had a
pair, male
and female way in the back by the fenceline. They we hanging out on the
fence
 and in a small tree inside the landfill.
