morning trimming back foliage overhanging the trail.

Hi again,
I noticed the trail trimmings from about the "green tunnel" on to the
parking lot, wondering who had cut so many branches. My thought was that it was
someone riding on a horse, but I see now I was wrong. In any event, this and the
frequent trail mowings make Blue Mash one of the best maintained parks in
the county (though a trash can in the parking lot wouldn't hurt). Certainly
Layhill Park could use some work, as they haven't even mowed the very short
north trail at all this summer, and the south trail never sees any maintenance
unless I get in there with amachete and pruners, which I don't think I will do
this year.
