Parke, all you have to remember is "38-27-04"  Jim Stasz has it
scratched into the back of his GPS and Matt Hafner has it engraved
on his little gray cells.  That stands for N 38 degrees, 27.04
minutes and this is the line of latitude that marks the boundary
between Delaware and Maryland waters--south of that line, great
birding; north of that line, time to catch up on your sleep...grin.

Seriously, though, you need to go to a fishing gear supply shop or
boating supply store at the shore and ask to see their selection of
offshore fishing charts.  All those cute little names like The
Elephant's Trunk and the Hambone, etc. are shown, along with lots of
other intersting info including the outlines of the big underwater
canyons, etc.
