Hello, birders.

I birded TR Island in DC from 7 - 9:15am this morning. It was a slow day with low numbers of migrants. Most migrants and potential migrants that I saw or heard are listed below:

Osprey
R.e. Vireo
Am. Robin (widespread)
Gr. Catbird
Magnolia Warbler
Bl.-thr. Green Warbler
Palm Warbler (brown race)
Am. Redstart
Com. Yellowthroat
Song Sparrow
Rose-br. Grosbeak

A Red Fox was nosing around in between the monument and the Georgetown side of the Potomac. I wonder if they occur regularly on the island.
