I don't have time to consult my notes, but I believe I DID see a smaller
Canada
that pretty much paralleled the standard issue one by the boat ramp.

But on 1 and 2 March, back
in the wildlife area, there were two birds, stubby bills, dark(er) breasts,
etc. that
would seem to fit the "Cackling" pattern.  I don't THINK I got any photos, a
quick
check of the disc I dumped photos from that period on, came up dry.

for those two birds was submitted to the HowCo authorities.
