The last few days I previewed sparrow spots for the upcoming trip with AA county. Lots of sparrows have arrived and we found Lincoln's, Savannah's, Swamps, Field, Songs, White-throats and Chipping. The front tomorrow should bring in more. We also had a Mourning warbler, Marsh Wren, Harrier, Bobolinks and Sapsuckers.
For those interested in the trip the itinerary will be Mt. Pleasant and Central farm (a.m.) and for those staying the full day/ lunch break- Alpha Ridge and Western regional (p.m.). Trip will involve a fair amount of walking and knee boots a must for the central farm. There will be bathrooms at Mt. Pleasant and Alpha ridge.
Meet at Rt 100 park and ride at 7:00. There is a mistake in the yellowthroat under the Howard listing!!
