Ravens breed on Sugarloaf Mountain, at the eastern edge of Frederick
County, but are considered an uncommon, if not rare, species in
Montgomery County. You should consider writing up your observation
with as much detail as possible, including a verbal description of
the calls you heard. The results should be submitted to the MD/DC
Records Committee.

Look on the Records Committee section of the MOS Website
(www.mdbirds.org) for a sample submission sheet.

Thanks for posting your observation and don't feel silly about it!

Best,
Norm
