Digiscoping: A New Technique for Photographing Birds will be the focus
of the MBC meeting Wednesday, Oct 20. Photographer Douglas Bolt will
demonstrate some digiscoping techniques and discuss advantages and
disadvantages of widely available digital cameras and other equipment,
as well as show photos of birds from Australia, Thailand, and Peru.

All are welcome. Doors open at 7; presentation begins at 8, at the
Potomac Presbyterian Church, 10301 River Rd, Potomac. (From Beltway,
take exit 39 (River Rd) toward Potomac. Cross Falls Rd (Rte 189) and go
1/4 mile to Gary Rd; make a right, then an immediate left into church
parking area.
