MD Osprey:

I just got a call from Rob Hilton who had talked with John Hubbell via cell
phone. John, Hans Holbrook and Jim Brighton had a Lazuli Bunting in
Somerset County at Vessey's Orchard, near the town of Rehobeth, MD. This
seems to be located on Delorme At alas block 26, B-1 on the very eastern
edge of Somerset County.

The three of them were trying to relocate the bird to photograph it.
