This was on the NJBirds list today. There were at least 4 Cave Swallows
at Cape May 2 days ago. Looks like this weekend might be a good time to
head down to Pt. Lookout or maybe Assateague?

NJBIRDS:
Some 8 Cave Swallows have been frequenting the Cape May Point St. Pk.
(Hawkwatch) and South Cape May Meadows sites periodically today (Weds.).
Typical good weather for them: moderate to strong N or NW winds today
following a warm flow from the south or southwest late yesterday and
last night. Looks like late Friday and Saturday/Sunday should also be
good for them, as there is supposed to be colder temps and NW winds then
(following rain and a southerly flow late Thurs/early Fri). Also seen
today in the same areas were 1 Bank Swallow, 1 Cliff Swallow, 1-2 Barn
Swallows, and 1 N. Rough-winged Swallow (along with the many Tree
Swallows).
