Baltimore Sun Editorial page specifies the November "Question of the Month." 
Inviting letters of 300 words or less by November 22 on this topic....
"Do you think the state should be making more of an effort and spending more 
money to protect and preserve open space?"
Sun will devote 2 whole pages to responses, on Saturday November 27.
