This report is being posted by me for DOWNS PARK.

An IMMATURE Red-headed Woodpecker was seen at the park on Saturday 11/20/04.
Please contact the park and as for Ranger Nolley Fisher at 410 222-6244 for
details on the exact location the bird was seen. The office opens 11am.
The Park opens at 7am for walkers and parking is available on the west side
of the park(parking is free on the west side of the park until the east side
opens up. At 9am the east side of the park opens and there is a $5 entrance
fee, unless you have an AACO park pass or if you have handicapped plates or
a handicapped hanger the entrance fee is $2.

This is the second sighting of a Red-headed at the park this year. The
first sighting was of an ADULT bird in September, (just found out about this
sighting on Wednesday).
