Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
I relocated the Cackling Goose I had last week with Parke John.
It was in a pond with about 75 Canada's, on Crystal Beach Road outside
of Cecilton about 2 miles away from were we saw it last Saturday. I got out to take
another picture but they spooked up. I guess they are a little jumpy
from all of the hunting. I still have pictures from last week if anyone else
needs to view them.

Also, There was a Gigantic flock of Blackbirds in the field where I have
mentioned the flock of Horned Larks. New Cut Road and Sandy Bottom Road
and 282( Crystal Beach Road.) These roads all intersect into a triangle.
I wouldn't be surprised if there was 100,000 birds plus in this flock. It was all
mixed Red-wings, Grackles, Cowbirds, and Starlings. I couldn't find a Yellow-headed.
But that is a lot of birds to scan thru. I had scope eye the rest of the morning.

There, I also had a flock of about 200 Horned Larks, and 1 Snow Bunting was
mixed in the flock. I also had a flock of about 25 to 30 Pipits on Mill lane off
of Glebe Road in Earlville.
Happy Birding! Off to Grand Mothers house we go.
