That's !not! the one I saw, which had a lot more white on the neck, and a 
pinkish stubby bill (as mentioned before).  I never saw the bird out of the 
water, so can't comment on the legs and feet.  The bill reminded me of a 
Ross', but I discounted that as very unlikely.  Didn't see any indication of 
a "grin" line.

When I saw it, I assumed it was a domestic x Canada, but I guess there are a 
lot of other possibilities.
