Hi everyone,
I saw the two hybrid geese at Black Hills this morning (11am) & took photos
of both. Then there was the unsuccessful attempt to see the Cave Swallows,
but from there I went on to see the "baby" Crane. It was meandering around,
feeding in the field right next to and behind the brick house that is
undergoing renovation and has the deer carcass in the front yard near the road.
(Thanks Frank, for the "deer carcass" landmark - I would have driven right by the
place otherwise!). Took photos of the crane also. You can see a few of the
geese and crane photos at:

These photos were digiscoped and haven't been edited ... yet.
Thanks to everyone who provided the great tips on where to see these birds -
made it easy for me! :-)
