Hi All,

     This morning I spent an hour birding the lake at
Rocky Gap State Park located just east of Cumberland. 
I was particularly glad to see that the 2 Cackling
Geese found earlier this month by John Churchill were
still present.  (Another check for the life list . .
.)  Highlights included: 
    
Pied-billed Grebe (1)
Great Blue Heron (1)
Cackling Goose (2)
Canada Goose (175)
Long-tailed Duck (1) male
Bufflehead (4)
Hooded Merganser (3)
Ruddy Duck (34)
American Coot (5)
