Thank you, Andy! When I arrived at Riley's Lock a little after 3, the 
Mudds had this handsome bird in their scope. It was still there when we 
left at 3:30, paddling in place about 3/4 of the way across the tranquil 
river, never diving, and the only bird in sight.
