I made a run to Rocky Gap State Park this morning.  Birds at the lake were:

Pied-billed Grebe  1
Cackling Goose  2 in the cove between the beach and hotel
Canada Goose  260
Mallard  15
Pintail  1 male
Killdeer  2
Coot  5

   In the Cumberland area I stopped first at McCagh's Pond where I saw:

Mallard  65
Bufflehead  2 females
Hooded Merganser  2

   At the Terminus:

Canada Goose  13
Mallard  29
Hooded Merganser  5

   At North Branch:  no birds on the ponds

In Washington County I stopped at Big Pool:

Pied-billed Grebe  1
Horned Grebe  1
Great Blue Heron  1
Canada Goose  11
Tundra Swan  1 in the field between the towpath & river
Gadwall  1 male
Black Duck  2
Mallard  48
Common Merganser  2 females

   At Dam #5:

Canada Goose  45 on the West Virginia shore
Mallard  1
