From 3:45 to 4:30 this afternoon I stood with Zach Baer watching a lone Male
Cave Swallow circle the NW corner of the Wades Point Inn property.  This
bird was clearly upstaging the lovely little Harlequin Duck that kept
paddling around the stone rip-rap below the swallow.  Jim Brighton joined
the observation party a little past 4:00.  Mrs Feiler, owner of the Inn,
clearly recognized the joy these birds were providing, and continued to
perform her role as gracious hostess for us all.
