BTG or Townsend's Warbler ???

Hi Dave,

In response to your recent post (below), we might check into whether your bird is a molted-out Townsend's Warbler rather than a Black-throated Green.  It has only a little yellow below, but it looks to have an awful lot of black on the face compared to a BTG.  Thoughts?

At 9AM on Saturday 18 DEC, a Black-throated Green was feeding around the 
buildings at the main entrance to Sugarloaf Mtn., Frederick Co. MD. It was quite 
active, calling constantly, mostly rooting through the gutters of the two white 
buildings at the north end of the parking area. Temp was 22F.
