 I bought a very nice reprint of this classic last January at a book  
wharehouse in Columbia, MD.
 It is in hardcover, printed by COUNTERPOINT, Washington DC in 1995 (?  
maybe).  It has illustrations by Abigail Rorer. The book was originally  published 
in 1955 by Dodd,Mead & Company. My edition has a forward by WS  Merwin and an 
afterword by Murray Gell-Mann. I can't remember the name of the  book 
warehouse, but it was not Daedulus. I do know they had many copies and it  was very 
inexpensive, and a very good book.
