Hi All,

I met Sigrid Stiles at the entrance to Patuxent Naval Air Test Center (PAX) this morning. We were in search of the Wilson's Warbler that she had found on monday during the Pt. Lookout CBC. I missed this bird during migration and needed it for my year list. We split up at the location and we both wandered upon two different warblers besides the Myrtles flying around. Sigrid found the Wilson's Warbler and I found an Orange-crowned Warbler! These were my worst misses for the year up to this point. Hans lured me away from an Orange-crowned during the Big Sit at Assateague and Matt swears that he is bad luck for Wilson's :-). It was awesome to get these two birds within 40 yards of each other in the same morning. These two birds put me at 329 birds for the year of 2004 in Maryland. Thank you very much Sigrid for showing me around the base. Good luck to all in the next birding year!!!!!
