Kevin

My Pine Warbler was eating peanut splits and sunflower parts before I left
for Michigan. I have not seen it since my returned yesterday. In the past
peanut butter was a frequent meal for Pine Warbler.

The Thrasher could be eating the sunflowers, split peanuts, peanut butter,
and wild fruit around the house. With the warm weather insects should also
be active.

YB Sapsuckers eats suet regularly. Lots of other birds like Chickadees,
Titmouse, Nuthatch, Juncos will go to the suet feeders. Over wintering
warblers also use suet as a food source.

The past two mornings I have had a Northern Mockingbird eating from one of
the suet cakes. I also had at least three Fox Sparrows scratching around
the feeder station in the back yesterday. Heard one Red-headed Woodpecker
in the PM so it is still around our Waldorf, MD property.

Keep feeding the birds and enjoying them.

George
