I walked around Centennial Lake in the afternoon (1-9-05) with slightly different results from Joe's:

Canada Goose 225
Mallard 10
Canvasback 4
Common Merganser 6
Pied-billed Grebe 1
Great Blue Heron 1
Coot 1
Ring-billed Gull 6
Common Grackle 80,000 estimated, leaving a staging area in the woods to the W and NW, flying across the lake to the E or SE. This was 4-4:30PM.
