Ho Co (American Tree Sparrows)

    Spent Friday morning looking for ducks and sparrows. (Not necessarily in that order). We did have a few species of puddle ducks with a pair of AMERICAN WIDGEON being the highlight. Sparrows were hopping with more than a dozen AMERICAN TREES. We found nice numbers of most of the expected wintering birds. 3 SAVANNAHS were nice to see. Non- sparrow finds of interest were 3 WILSON'S SNIPE and a BARRED OWL.
