Re: Annapolis Raptor-I often see a hawk-can't id at travelling speed-but it 
is perched on a lamp at the Rt. 665(Aris Allen Blvd) exit towards Riva Rd. off 
of west-bound Rt. 50-maybe another perch for your hawk.  I'll pay particular 
attention to the place you mentioned.
