Clive,
   Report banded birds on line at:  pwrc.usgs.gov/bbl/

Follow the instructions and fill out the form.  Eventually you will get a certificate in the mail telling you where it was banded and how old it was.  I reported one a couple days ago.  It was an orange collar which usually means it was banded on James Bay.
