There was a leak in a pipeline-I believe it may be a petroleum pipeline-but 
don't hold me to it.  They had to go out into the Susquehanna, and fix that 
leak.  The good new is the leak is now fixed.  The bad news is that until 
they remove the tons of rock required to make a road out to the leak, and 
the associated equipment, it will be closed.  The trooper I spoke with last 
weekend thought they might be done in or by March, but we'll see.
