Hi  I  just returned From The bridge at Wye Island    weather cloudy  
viewing from  4:00 Pm To 5:00pm . What a waterfowl show some birds already 
there more dropping in to roost for the eveing
    there is a little More open water now due to some thawing . great 
veiwing though.


2,000 plus    Canada Geese        More coming in all the Time
    100         Snow Geese           to far away to look for Ross's plus 
mixed in the Canada flock

        7          Ringed Necked Duck
        5          Lesser Scaup
      17          Mallard
        2          Hooded    Merganser       females
      63           Ruddy   Ducks
      56          Black   Ducks

1     Bald Eagle      adullt      near nest Visable From the bridge
1     Mockingbird
100  mixed Blackbird Flock     Before Bridge  in Cattle lot  , Mostly Red 
winged Blackbirds, Some Cowbirds
