At 4:50PM on Tues. a juv. Kumlien's Gull was on the ice by the Rt. 121 bridge 
at Little Seneca Reservoir, Montgomery Co.. Unlike the Dec. bird this was on 
the pale end, whitish primaries with small dark subterminal markings. Three 
Lesser Black-backed Gulls also passed through.
