Hi all,

   
    Hen Wild Turkey continue to hang out in the same
area where Kyle Jenkin first reported on Winter Bird
Count over two weeks ago.  It seen last Tues and Wed
afternoon a week ago around 2pm on my way home and
again today around 530pm at Paper Mill Rd and Phoenix
Rd.    I use this road daily on my way home from work.


    I called and left message at owner's bike shop
next to Paper Mill Trail (NCRR) to find out if it is a
escapee from his shop. They have a petting zoo farm
with chickens, helmeted guineafowl and goats.    This
bird's behavior similar to any Dom. Turkey on any farm
and remain close to road and quite tame when I walked
close to her last week.  She also had a left foot
injury and looks bad too.
