Centennial Park in Howard had a nice variety of waterfowl this morning,
from 10:00 to 11:30. The highlight was a female/immature Common Goldeneye,
and four Northern Pintails. In no particular order:

Common Goldeneye -1 female/immature
Hooded Merganser - 10
Green-Winged Teal - 2 males
Ruddy Duck - 1 female
Northern Pintail - 1 male, 3 females
Ring-Billed Gulls - 122

Canada Geese were not abundant, and all looked to be of regulation size.

The only thing visible at Brighton Dam, Triadelphia Reservoir, were 60+
Common Mergansers, and 5 Ring-Billed Gulls. The view was a LONG one.

From 7:00-9:00 I tromped the rt. 99/Old Frederick Rd. and Underwood Rd.
areas. No sign of longpur or bunting. And even Horned Larks were tough.
Never saw more than 3 at once.
