All:

The Northern Lapwing was seen again at Graceham Road (0.4 mile E
of Route #550) at about 1000 hrs today by a number of additional
birders: Joe Byrnes (who nicely suggested that I move on down the
road to the right spot), George Jett, Gwen Brewer, and Mark
Hoffman.  It was around for at least 15 min while I was there,
then flew off.

Thanks to all who found it, relocated it, and provided directions
& updates.

Matt Orsie called me just now from Graceham Road.  On
his second visit to Graceham Road, at about 8:15 am,
he saw (and is currently watching) the Northern
Lapwing.  On his first visit there, and on a pass by
the Blacks Mill Road site, he did not see the lapwing.
