Saw the PEREGRINE FALCON today in the same place (in the
swamp, west of the Paint Branch trail, adjacent to the golf
course), about the same time (9:15 am) as yesterday. Also
had a male/female pair of American Kestrels and a Red-tailed
Hawk. Other highlights: a Brown Creeper and a flyover
Killdeer (with the ponds frozen I haven't seen Killdeer
around much). Also had a close encounter with a Virginia
Opossum, strangely enough...
