I'll be searching for the Lapwing first thing Wednesday morning, and will
call Lapwing Central (aka Rob Hilton) if I'm lucky enough to see it.  Anyone
out there that morning with a cell phone, please call me at 703-975-1480 if
you find it.  Of course I'll do the same.  I will also have my FRS radio on
11-22.
