Seasonal distribution (arrivals/departures) is the domain of "The Season" 
editor, the NAB regional report editor, and the Yellowbook ... Bob R, Todd 
D and/or Norm S would be the ones to comment on this. Many, many years ago, 
the MD/DCRC stopped reviewing out of season records, leaving that to the 
regional editors.
