Both Jim Wilson and myself were fortunate enough to locate the Shrike in 
Washington Co. this weekend.  We found the bird with in 5 min. of entering 
the open field area and were delighted to see it 10 ft away in the nearest 
multiflolora rose bush.  This was my 3 shrike seen in one week; 2 in MD and 
1 in DE.  On another note we also, like many others have reported saw the 
Northern Lapwing earlier that morning, 2 state birds in one day!
