Folks

Today I did a retirement project.  I wanted to get a better pictures of a 
European Wigeon and Northern Shrike in Maryland.  The gods were with me 
since I found and photographed both.  I found the wigeon at Cambridge and 
the shrike at Pickering Creek.  Just luck on the latter as many have missed 
it.  I was leaving when I bumped into it.  I will post on MDBirds 
eventually.

I also had a pair of Winter Wrens at Pickering  Creek.  The previously 
posted ducks were at Cambridge, and some including Green-winged Teal were at 
Pickering.

Pickering is a lovely birding spot.  It was my first visit.
