I have also noted that there seem to be very few chickadees at my feeders
this year but a lot of cardinals. The blue jays and the cardinals get along
just fine but I have quite a few feeders. I do notice that my shelled
peanuts are not going as fast and the bird that ate them (Titmouse) seems
to be low this year.
