At least you are obviously out there taking pictures.  Terrorists are not going to be so obvious.  They'll just use their cell phone cameras and never be detected.

You think your situation was crazy, try this:  I was stopped carrying a 
tripod with camera on Constitution Avenue last Sunday...by an Immigration Officer, 
who stopped his cruiser and leapt out to intercept this obviously suspicious 
character!

If there is anyone who looks like an illegal immigrant and/or a security
