A Horned Grebe and 3 Double-crested Cormorants were in the Tidal Basin
this morning.  Washington Channel held 2 Red-breasted Mergansers and 2
Common Mergansers.  The bushes at the head of the Channel had 10 Black-
crowned Night-herons.   Lesser Scaup were all around Hains Point.  2
Greater Scaup were in the Potomac River across from the FDR Memorial.
Georgetown Reservoir had 3 Common Mergansers, 3 scaup, and 2 Canvasbacks.
