35-46 degrees;sunny; winds from the west or northwest, 12-16 mph, gusting to 24 mph.
Observations:
An immature, non-migrant Peregrine Falcon briefly going after a Rock Pigeon. First migrant harrier of the season, a stunning adult male.
Several thousand ducks, mostly Lesser Scaup and Canvasbacks, continue to sit offshore or in local ponds.

Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
