Hey Eddie,

Thank you for your expression of concern.  And of course George Jett, who will live in infamy for his private messages (or were they Gwen's?) posted inadvertantly to MDOsprey, supports your notion.

I still disagree.  A majority of the postings here are on point and the responses to them are generally interesting and add to the discussion.  The occasional posting of private messages doesn't bother me at all and shouldn't bother the inadvertant poster (unless the message may be embarrassing--but that only adds to their entertainment value).

You did, however, inadvertantly provide an example of a problem that I have noted here a number of times in the past--responding to a message without editing down or editing out altogether the original message.  This constant duplication of previous posts to the list fills the archives needlessly and can be really annoying to the owner of this list.
