I have the Tripack and use it if I have to do longish treks. I really like

known to sling just one strap over my shoulder instead of both for easier
access to my scope.

Marcia,
Someone else said the same thing about carrying it with one strap over the
shoulder. I was hoping for an easy way to carry my new scope and tripod, which
seems somehow heavier than my old one (though I know its not). Leg wraps
won't work, nor will a strap or carry-bag. I want something to make it easier to
carry on all my field trips (at least ones I lead where others are present. I
think it is sort of a leaders responsibility to have at least one scope
available). Will likely order one and give it a go anyway...
Thanks for the help,
