I am trying to find the observer who reported the following birds in late 2002 near the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Prince George's Co.:

Rough-winged Swallow on 11/20/02

Prairie Warbler on 11/25 and 12/16/02

   Someone handed these to me on a sheet of paper at a meeting two years ago but there is no name on it.  If anyone knows who is the observer please contact me off-list.
