Kurt,
   Directions to Lapidum:  Take I-95 north and exit at Route 155, turn right toward Havre de Grace, take the first road to the left which is Lapidum Road.  It ends at the boat landing.  You need a telescope.  Most of the birds will be on the Cecil County side of the river.  Be persistent.  The birds move around a lot.
